Ms. Sarita holds a Bachelor’s degree and brings with her more than 18 years of entrepreneurial expertise in the aviation industry experience that continues to inspire the Company’s journey of growth and success.

- Expansion of Training Facilities: We are in the process of developing state-of-the-art training facilities in other cities such as Pune, Kochi and Ahmedabad besides our already fully functional centre in Chennai. This will ensure that our students receive hands-on training using the latest technology, providing them with the skills necessary to succeed in real-world scenarios.
- International Partnerships: While we are already partnering with world’s renowned aviation academies such as Gulf Aviation Academy, Bahrain and BAGS Ground Services, Thailand, we are working on establishing more international collaborations with leading aviation institutions and organizations, allowing our students to benefit from a global perspective and international internship opportunities.
- Certification and Accreditation Programs: As the aviation industry evolves, we aim to stay ahead of emerging trends by offering cutting-edge certification programs. We are focused on securing new accreditations that meet the changing demands of aviation regulations and industry standards.
